I am Jack's wasted life.

I'm a monster. I'm a poet. I'm a joke and I wrote this just for you.
Ask me anything

Found in a book.

For the first time in my life I saw the truth as it is set into song by so many poets, proclaimed as the final wisdom by so many thinkers. The truth - that Love is the ultimate and highest goal to which man can aspire. Then I grasped the meaning of the greatest secret that human poetry and human thought and belief have to impart: The salvation of man is through love and in love.

We are all connected, all bearing the seed of Divinity. This is the way we start, and the way we develop into eternity. It is only while in third dimension physical form, and because of the greater separation of our higher self from the personality, we experience the illusion that we stand alone. When we experience great soul growth, in some small but profound manner, all benefit. All substance in this Universe flows to us and through us. We All are one.

that’s it. that’s the show.

She loved, had a capacity to love, for love, to give and accept love. Only she tried twice and failed twice to find somebody not just strong enough to deserve, earn it, match it, but even brave enough to accept it.

Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.

No matter what is going on
Never give up
Develop the heart
Too much energy in your country
Is spent developing the mind
Instead of the heart
Be compassionate
Not just to your friends
But to everyone
Be compassionate
Work for peace
In your heart and in the world
Work for peace
And I say again
Never give up
No matter what is going on around you
Never give up

The only real failure in life is not to be true to the best one knows.

Baby don’t worry, you know that you’ve got me

You say ‘it wasn’t supposed
to be like this’ and he smiles,
says it doesn’t have to be.

But then, your teeth. But then,
everything you should have said.
But then, the world is ending and
you still can’t do this right, even when
he’s out the door.

Go with him. Save him.
No, don’t.
Don’t touch. Him.
Don’t take him anywhere.
It’s you. You’re the nightmare.
You’re why he wants to leave, so
don’t drive him to the airport. Don’t
wait outside of his house.
Take the stairs. Let him take the
elevator and get in the car.

You love him? You love him?
You can’t even say it out loud,
can you.
I had to write this entire poem and
say it for you.
Maybe you were brave, once.
Maybe you were ready for him,
once, but not now.
Look what you’ve done. Look at
your hands and then look at what
you’ve done.
No monster did this. No, you’re the least of the evil,
but you still hurt like something awful.

If it’s any consolation, he loves you,
too. He shouldn’t, but he does.

He’s driving away
and you left your sunglasses in
his car.
You’re hoping he’ll come back and
hand them to you.

He does.

You grab his face and scream
He scoffs.
Doesn’t understand how you
thought it could be anything
